I can't believe I am already sixteen days into the new year without a post. The kids went back to school late this year and when they did, we spent the rest of the week being crazy tired because our body clocks got so thrown off over break. Add into that Hailey's sixth birthday and party planning and POOF - sixteen days go by in a blink.
I just found this picture and it made me laugh. One of our goals for this year is to instill a little more responsibility into the kids. Here is what happened when Trent told Spencer to take care of his cereal bowl and put it in the dishwasher.
Not even rinsed out and perched precariously on the bottom rack with the spoon still sticking out.
As you can tell, we still have a long way to go.
